Description & Tasting Notes

Lonza is made from the loin and is cured with sea salt, peppercorns and juniper berries.  It is very similar in both taste and texture to prosciutto.


Other Notes & Serving Suggestions

Remove the natural casing and use a slicer, if possible, for no thicker than 1mm slices.  Bring to room temperature prior to serving.

A Dalmore 12 year old whiskey accentuates the delicate texture and sweet finish of this tender meat.
